Softlogic Group buys 44.5% of ODEL

The Founder of ODEL Otara Gunewardene and the directors Ajith and Ruchi Gunewardene sold out 44.5 percent of their company shares to Softlogic Holdings PLC, the Chairman of Softlogic Ashok Pathirage said.
