Love her or hate her, Indo Canadian porn star Sunny Leone who is slowly learning the ways of Bollywood hopes to find more acceptance in the industry. She is happy that she has been so busy in the last two years and that she is striving hard to prove her mettle as an actor. She is proud of her sexiness and has no regrets about being a porn star in the past as she feels it's not a cake walk to do intimate scenes in front of so many people on the set. Excerpts from a conversation with her:
How do you rate yourself as an actor-Hindi movies main stream actress or porn star?
See, in one's life what matters most is what you ultimately end up doing. We get mature with time; understand things and the things you saw on screen are not easy to perform. I would say that the things look easy but in reality it's not easy to perform or act in front of so many people. Porn industry is huge in West and I see it mainly as business/work. And it's not so easy too as you have to put in a lot of effort in making any work you do- a success. This is the most amazing time of my life and this would not have been happening if my past did not exist.

Why did you decide to do Television when you are getting so much work in Bollywood?
I had promoted Ragini MMs-2 on MTV as well. It was at that time I decided to do something on TV too and now you are seeing it as Splitsvilla.

Splitsvilla-7, how it is different from other Splitsvilla versions?
We shoot this at Samod Palace at Jaipur. It has very hot & spicy content and it's almost like a fairy tale love story. It reminds me of my own love story.

If you had asked this question two years back, then also I would have faltered answering this. I want to do good work and whatever happens would be for good.

In movies its Goliyon ki Rasleela…Ram Leela. Yo Yo honey Singh and Mika Singh are my favourite singers.

Yes. I belong to a Sikh family. Since childhood I used to go to Gurudwara. I have Ganesh and Budha idols at my home as well.
