Police arrest prostitutes in Pettah

The women were arrested along several roads in Pettah by special police units and they were handed over to the Pettah police for further investigations.
The women who were arrested are aged between 23 and 48 years, the police media unit said.
They are to be produced before a Magistrate today, the police media unit said.
