Toyota Lanka was established in 1995 as a subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Corporation, Japan, to be the sole distributor for brand new Toyota vehicles and Genuine Spare Parts in the country with the renowned Toyota Quality Service in Sri Lanka. In 1998 another landmark was established when Toyota Plaza was opened introducing for the first time in Sri Lanka, the 3-S concept which is denoted by Sales, Services and Spare Parts under one roof solely creating the Customer convenience. Toyota Lanka operation is segregated under Vehicle Sales, General Service, Body & Paint Repair, Motor Oil Lubricants and Spare Parts. Our customer focused sales and high quality after sale services have accounted for the 40% market share held by us for Japanese origin vehicles in Sri Lanka. In keeping up with Toyota’s global standards and requirements, our technicians are regularly trained both locally and at Toyota overseas facilities to ensure our staff delivers a high quality service beyond excellence. We assure our customers at all times of Toyota Quality service at our Hi-Tech service centers and at each customer contact points. In pursuance of the concept of 3S’s, Toyota Lanka is today strategically poised and geared to serve the Sri Lankan market in keeping with its ‘Toyota Way’ principles and values in pursuance becoming the undisputed market leader in Japanese automobiles through its customer focused approach at all levels. Toyota Lanka has every resource to be the first fully-fledged automobile distributor and is a true automobile service integrator in the island. We operate the largest spare part warehouse with state of art streamlined IT with enhanced and lean operations. Currently our spare parts operations are expanding and operate branches in Panchikawatte, Kandy, Galle, Nugegoda, Gampaha, Kalutara, Anuradhapura and Negombo along with the establishment of our authorized dealers for spares and after sale service stations across the country. Toyota Lanka has opened its first ever vehicle sales branch showroom outside from Colombo which is in Kurunagala. To provide unparallel after sale service such as spare-parts, general maintenance, running repairs and body paint, Toyota Lanka has opened its first ever 2S service branch in Maharagama located in High Level road.
