Why Dressing Kate Middleton Is Even Better Than You Might Think

As far as celebrity endorsements go in the fashion world, Kate Middleton is pretty much as good as it gets. The dresses she wears sell out within minutes and style editors are constantly on the hunt to find out what -- or rather who, she'll step out in next.
But how do the people who actually get to see the duchess wearing their clothes feel? Rebecca Taylor reveals the answer to that question in an interview with Racked. While catching a glimpse of Kate wearing your designs is an honor in itself, there's something even more special about it for Taylor. She explained to the site:
"Are you kidding me? My life! Died and gone to heaven. I can't tell you, I'm such a royalist, it's so corny. I love Kate, and I love William, and I'm obsessed with George. And I love Diana. When I grew up, it was Princess Diana and Lady Diana, and I had the scrapbook and everything.
When William was baby George's age, he came to New Zealand with Diana. My school went and saw her car come in by the airport, because our school's right by the airport. We all stood there waving, and then there's baby William. And now he's back in New Zealand with his baby and his wife is wearing Rebecca Taylor. It gives you goosebumps. Never would've imagined in a million years. My dad is signing autographs, would you believe. We love them out there."
We don't know about you, but if we did something to make people ask our parents for THEIR autograph, we'd be pretty happy, too.
