Sri Lanka is ready to export trucks to India

Lanka Ashok Leyland is planning to assemble small trucks to be exported to India.
Indian media reports today that these trucks are specially made for the South Indian market
The CEO. Lanka Ashok Leyland said that it is more economical to send these trucks from Sri Lanka rather than sending them to South India after assembling in North India.
” There is a cost reduction of 1/4″ said by the CEO
The yard located in Homagma will be used for this.
