Casinos for Colombo Port City?

It has been revealed that casinos are to become a major feature in the Port City project auspiciously inaugurated by the Sri Lankan President and his Chinese counterpart recently.
This has been hinted by a video trailer released on the Rs. 1,950 billion investment project., reports say.
The video clip, used for propaganda by the organisers of the project hints the presence of casinos during its second minute (02.01 - 02.03).
