Sri Lankan Test Cricketer Kumar Sangakkara set a world record when he played against the English on Sunday.
Sangakkara made history for Lanka when he became the fourth cricket player in the world to score seven successive half centuries.
He went on to set his seventh successive half century by scoring 55 runs against England.
Sangakkara is now placed among players Everton Weekes (West Indies), Shivnarine Chanderpaul (West Indies), Andy Flower (Zimbabwe).
