9 Things you should never do while having sex

When you're in bed with your lover, the last thing you want to do is turn them off. That said, here are a few common blunders that you should not commit.

1. Not kissing
Believe it or not, many people (and this includes women) don't kiss their partner when they're having sex. Why? Perhaps because the positioning doesn't allow for it or they are too eager to climax and feel that it might break the rhythm. Nevertheless, it is highly recommended that you make an effort to kiss your partner during the act - it will only add to the experience.

2. Biting before your partner's ready
While many people enjoy an aggressive partner, biting any part of their body before they are aroused may lead to pain and discomfort (and might even lessen the chances of any further action ) or simply scare them off. So make sure your partner is fully excited before you bite their ear, shoulders, neck or any other part of their body.

3. Ignoring everything but sexualised parts
Genitals are great, no doubt, but you should definitely pay attention to other parts of your lover's body and focus for some time on their entire body - knees, wrists, back and stomach are highly erogenous zones for men as well as women. Gently caressing these areas will help excite your partner further; in turn, increasing the chances of them pleasuring you back.

4. Putting your weight on your partner
Even if you're a girl! It's okay to lose yourself in the moment every once in a while and go crazy on your lover. But when you're lying on top of them, you have to be careful not to drop your weight on them. Chocking them or hindering their ability to breathe will anyway kill the moment and any chances of some good action.

5. Climaxing too soon/ too late
This one is especially for men. You need to have good control on your muscles to ensure that you can ejaculate at an appropriate time. Too soon and you may leave your partner unsatisfied; too late and it might leave your partner feeling as if they're pumping iron at the gym. To avoid this, spend a lot more time on foreplay (this will help men as well as women). If you take too long and can only ejaculate via manual stimulation, do your best to get your partner to orgasm and then they can return you the favour.

6. Not warning your partner before you climax
If you're going to let go - and this applies even to women - whether during oral sex or intercourse, you need to tell your partner beforehand. Something as simple as "I'm going to let go," will suffice. Your partner deserves to know.

7. Treating sex like porn
Although some couples enjoy having raunchy sex, you'd be wise to talk to your partner before you engage in such behaviour. If you begin being nasty with your lover without knowing if they like it first, chances are the scenario won't end on a happy note.

8. Staying quiet
Do you like to hear it when your partner is having a good time? So pay them the same respect and speak up when you're enjoying yourself. Something as simple as a little moan, or even saying something like, "that feels so good," will encourage them and educate them further on your moan zones.

9. Mechanical act
It may feel comfortable to you to pump away like you do at the gym, but you'll quickly discover that most people don't enjoy such an act. Mix it up a little bit; go fast at times, then slowly. Be creative and you'll find yourself enjoying some variation too.

A couple was arrested while having sex at a beach in broad daylight.

The Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, couple has been charged with lewdness for allegedly having sex near the shore of the beach in Sea Isle City.

Police were called around 4:00 p.m., after people spotted Matthew McPeak, 27, and Stephanie Wallington, 23, having sex.

According to a witness at the scene some families with kids left the beach after witnessing the lewd act.

When officers arrived they saw the couple participating in extreme public display of affection in the ocean near the 46th Street beach. At that point, a crowd of spectators had formed, according to investigators.

Police ordered the two out of the water. One witness took a photo of the arrest. Another witness reportedly said that it took long for the woman to come out of the ocean because she was having trouble tying her bikini.

Both have been charged with lewdness in the 4th degree. They were booked and released.

Woman talks about her sexual relationship with a dolphin

A woman learned how to satisfy her dolphin sexually.

In the 1960s, Margaret Howe worked for Dr John C. Lilly, a neurologist who tried to teach a six-year-old dolphin to speak English.

His 23-year-old assistant, Howe, who lived on the Virgin Islands, took care of the dolphin day and night. She fed it, bathed it, slept and played together in complete isolation.

The dolphin, named Peter, apparently fell in love with her, according to the BBC documentary called: “The Girl Who Talked with Dolphins.”

The dolphin would often rub itself against Howe’s hands and knees, and at one point injured her. Howe said that when the dolphin became a bit more aggressive she placed it with female dolphins.

However, the dolphin allegedly took a liking to Howe, so she decided to satisfy the dolphin sexually.

U.S. Author Malcolm Brenner wrote a book called: “Wet Goddess,” based on her nine-month sexual relationship with the dolphin in the Floridaland amusement park in 1970.

Interestingly enough, some studies have found evidence that male dolphins are attracted to women, because they give off similar pheromones to female dolphins.

Mob sex attacks at Egypt inauguration (Video)

Uniformed Egyptian police pull a woman in nothing but her underclothes from a frenzied mob.

“Get back boy! Get back!” the officers say as one lifts his pistol into the air.
Large patches of skin on the victim appear bloodied and raw as she struggles to walk toward a police van with hordes of men still fighting for a handful of her body.
Moments later, she falls to the ground, naked. Police carry her into the vehicle, seemingly incapable of thwarting the crowd.
In the background, revelers set off fireworks and wave flags to celebrate the inauguration of Egypt’s new president.
This is just one of at least five mob sexual assaults that took place in Cairo’s Tahrir Square on Sunday, according to the “I Saw Harassment” campaign, which documents sexual violence against women in Egypt. The attack is shown in a less than two-minute viral cell phone video that CNN cannot independently verify, but which activists say appears to match the details of an attack.
“It is shameful that the security leaders of the Ministry of Interior did not take into account any security measures or plans to prevent such incidents,” a statement from the “I Saw Harassment” campaign reads. “Junior officers and individuals were left alone to face sexual harassment groups without any tools or plans.”
Four of the five victims sexually assaulted in the square required medical attention, the “I Saw Harassment” campaign said.
The attacks against them were so ferocious that several officers deployed to rescue the women were themselves wounded by the crowd, according to a statement from the Interior Ministry on Monday.
Police arrested seven men Monday on charges of sexual harassment after two women filed police reports and identified their attackers, an Interior Ministry spokesman said.
Video of one of the assaults was posted on YouTube and the video is a part of the ongoing investigation, said another official from the Interior Ministry, who was not authorized to speak to the media.
The response by authorities did little to squelch anger on social media channels, where many criticized the authorities and criticized local media for a lack of professionalism.

17 Reasons Why Having Sex Is Good for Your Health

Posted by Unknown on Thursday, May 22, 2014 | 0 comments | Leave a comment...

Sex seems to be more than a hormonal discharge and some short moments of pure pleasure. Scientists show that sex is extremely beneficial for our health, while the lack of an active sex life might have negative effects. But too much sex, can also be harmful: more than thrice a week it can weaken the immune system, making us vulnerable to infections...

1. Our mental and emotional health balance is clearly influenced by sex. Abstinence is known to cause from anxiety to paranoia and depression... In fact, in case of light depressions, after having sex the brain releases endorphins, that decrease stress, inducing a state of euphoria.

2. Sex can be a beauty treatment. While having sex, a woman's body doubles the estrogen level, and this makes her hair shine and the skin becomes softer.

3. A 10-year research carried on 1,000 middle-aged men

at Queens University in Belfast, Ireland, showed that sex on a regular basis increases the humans' lifespan. For the same age and health, those who had orgasms more frequently had half the death rate of men who did not have such frequent orgasms. This could be due to the plummeting stress hormones, reaction that installs after we have sex.

3. Sweating while having sex cleanse the skin pores, making the skin brighter and decreasing the risk of developing dermatitis.

4. Sex can make us lose weight. You burn all that fat and carbohydrates from the romantic dinner. Quickies of 20 minutes weekly mean 7 500 calories annually, that's as much as you consume on 120 km (745 mi) of jogging. A sex session can burn about 200 calories. This is like running 15 minutes on a treadmill!

5. Sex strengthen our muscles. You can imagine the effort made by your muscles through those pushes and flexions. It depends on your stunts in bed, of course. And it's clearly a lot more fun than running for miles.

6. The more active your sex life is, the more attractive for the opposite sex you are. High sexual activity makes the body release more pheromones, chemicals that attract the opposite sex.

7. Sex sharpens our senses, at least the smell. Following the orgasm, a rise of the hormone prolactin makes the brain's stem cells form new neurons in the olfactory bulb, boosting a person's olfactory abilities.

8. Sex is also a pain reliever, ten times more effective than typical painkillers: immediately before orgasm, levels of the hormone oxytocin rise by five times, determining a huge release of endorphins. These chemicals calm pain, from a minor headache to arthritis or migraines, and with no secondary effects. Migraines also disappear because the pressure in the brain's blood vessels is lowered while we have sex. So now we see that actually, a woman's headache is rather a good reason for having sex, not against it.

9. Kissing your partner daily means less visits to dentist. Kissing stimulates salivation, which cleanses food left between the teeth and lowers the acidity in the mouth, the main cause of the tooth decay.

10. A good sex session can be a good remedy against stiff nose, being a natural antihistaminic that helps combating asthma and high fever.

11. Having sex regularly drops the cholesterol level, balancing the ratio good cholesterol: bad cholesterol.

12. The hormones released while we have sex helps both men and women; estrogen protects a woman's heart but on the long term, it can be efficient also against Alzheimer's disease and osteoporosis while testosterone strengthens the bones and muscles.

13. Sex is not beneficial not only for the heart, but also for the blood circulation, especially in the brain, because of the increased heart rate and deep breathing.

14. The sexual activity lowers the risk of getting colds and the flu. 1-2 intercourses weekly means 30 % higher levels of the antibody immunoglobulin A, that spurs the immune system.

15. Sex leads to a better control of the bladder, by strengthening the pelvis muscles controlling the flow of urine.

16. After orgasm, especially in the evening, we become sleepy. This is the effect of some good sex: it increases sleep quality. Following an orgasm, the body of both males or females becomes completely relaxed, so they may have a good deep sleep.

17. Sex fights cancer! Various researches have shown that a high ejaculation frequency and sexual activity are linked to a lower risk of prostate cancer later in life. A study found out that men who ejaculated 13 to 20 times monthly presented a 14% lower risk of prostate cancer than men who ejaculated on average, between 4 and 7 times monthly for most of their adult life. Those ejaculating over 21 times a month presented a 33% decreased risk of developing prostate cancer than the baseline group.
